管理学院自2014年9月成立以来，获得第八届高等教育天津市教学成果二等奖1项，两位教师的论文和专著获得天津市社会科学优秀成果三等奖。
近五年完成科研课题共68项，其中主持完成省部级课题30项，主持完成局级课题38项。
近五年在期刊发表论文107篇，其中核心期刊论文47篇。
出版教材13部；其中《审计学》荣获天津市高校课程思政优秀教材。
